ようやく初勝利、うれしいドロー（Ｋリーグ）

サポーターの皆様お待たせいたしました。ようやく公式戦初勝利。試合内容はいまひとつでありましたが、勝ちは勝ち。ここから流れを変えよう！
「絶対、決めるぞ！」という気迫が必要！
１試合目。唯一の６年生が負傷で帰宅してしまったＦＣ富士塚さん。残ったのは５年生と４年生で構成された10人だけ。選手たちは心細いだろうな、コーチの心中やいかに。小生もＧＷ期間中に10人、９人で戦ってきたのでよーくわかります。しかし我が選手たちは、相手チームが10人しかいないことにも気づいていない。（敢えて知らせませんでした）
40分間中、37分間は相手陣内に全員がいるようなワンサイドゲームでしたが、シュートを打てども打てども決められない。ゴール前にぴたっと引かれてしまった時の崩し方がまったくわかっていない。足下にボールが来る度にあわててシュートをうつばかり。ディフェンダーめがけたシュート、枠を外したシュートが亀田の雨あられ。ベンチもサポーターも次第にじりじり。ピッチ上の選手にも焦りの色がありあり。
ひょっとしてこのまま引き分け？ と諦めかけた後半17分過ぎにようやくショーゴくんが、ライナー性の右クロスを見事に頭で合せて１点。１点取ってしまうと急に勢いが変わり、キックオフダッシュでさらに１点。ようやく胸をなでおろすことができた試合となりました。
相手がディフェンスラインを高く保ち、その裏にスペースがある時の攻撃パターンのイメージはあるのですが、ゴール前にディフェンダー何人も並んでいる時のアイデアが選手にまったくない。アイデアの問題以前に、状況評価ができていない。ドリブルで持ち込みディフェンダーを引きつけたタイミングで、空いたゴール前のスペースにボールをはたく。たったそれだけのことができない状況は、大きな問題。きっちり修正していこう。
やればできるじゃん！
２試合目。対戦相手は今期一度も勝てていない西鎌倉ＳＣさん。早い強いだけでなく、子供同士のコミュニケーションのよさ、自分たちでゲームムードを作ろうとする明確な意志が光る市内No.2チーム。「よりともには絶対負けない」という気迫からでしょうか、富士塚さんとの試合中も、ピッチサイドで横一列になって観戦していました。
厳しい試合を覚悟してピッチへ送り出したのですが、やってくれました。１試合目とはまるで別人の気迫のこもったゲーム展開。寄りが格段に早くなり、西鎌倉のエース・トミタくんへのケアも万全。トミタくんに対しては２人がかり、３人がかりでボールを蹴らせない。真ん中にいるシュン＆タナシュンが他の選手の２倍以上の運動量でボールを奪い、両サイドのスペースをしっかり確認してボールを供給。攻守がめまぐるしく入れ替わる熱戦となりました。前半14分ごろにペナルティエリア前方でのもみ合いからシュンが矢のようなシュートを決めて先取点を奪取。後半も前半同様の展開となりましたが、自陣左サイド奥からトミタくんに持ち込まれて失点。マークが一瞬ずれた瞬間に抜け出され、追いかけるディフェンスとなってしまったのが原因。同点に追いつかれた後も気落ちせず果敢に攻めたのですが、残念ながらタイムアウト。もう少し時間があれば勝ちきれる可能性もある試合でした。
本日のテーマは「自分たちでゲームメークしよう」だったのですが、２試合目はそこができたので、コーチとしてはうれしい引き分けとなりました。
最近、めきめきと力をつけている星月さんもそうですが、強いチームは必ず、子供同士が勝利に向けて気持ちを高め合い、互いにしっかりコーチングしています。いろいろユニークなタレントを抱える我がチームですが、そこの部分の足りなさを感じます。チームの牽引役となるべき子供たちの自覚を期待したいところです。
次は11日の中央ロータリーカップ、この勢いで優勝カップを奪還だ！

相手ＤＦが引いて守りに入ったときの攻撃なんて日本代表だってなかなか出来ないんだから（笑）気にしない気にしない(^^
勝った時の気持ちを忘れないで、来週の中央ロータリー杯に向けてください。技術の差はほんのちょっとだけの事だし、もしかしたら技術的には上だったりするのかもしれません。
違うのは「勝ちたい！」っていう気持ちを全員が持って、上手に噛み合えば勝てちゃうんだけどね(^^
ＧＫとＤＦは「絶対に守るぞっ！」「一点もやらないぞっ！」ＦＷは「何が何でも絶対に点を取ってやるっ！」ＭＦは「相手のボールを絶対に奪うんだっ！」「相手には絶対に楽なプレイはさせないっ！」ってみんなが強く思ってプレイしてください(^^

きょうたは後ろから一生懸命、声を出していましたね。声がよく出ている時はプレーもしっかりしているのでベンチから見ていても安心。この際、あのハイトーンは耳を、否、目をつぶっておきましょう。

合宿の下見で、コメント一番乗りを逃した～！残念！
嬉しい！嬉しい！引き分け！
なんと言っても、試合内容は最高！みんなの気迫が確かに伝わってきたよ～！(やればできるって事！)
一試合目は｢何時もの…ヤバイ…｣って感じの37分間だったけど、産まれ変わったような二試合目！さぁ！これからだ！

ちょっと遅れて笛田に着いた。あの試合をしてる子達大きいな、よりともじゃないよねーと思ったら相手は４，５年生。どうりで大きく見えたわけだ。押して押して押しまくっているのに点が入らない。じりじりすること３０分くらいでしょうか。すごい難産だったけど勝ってよかったね。その勢いが次の西鎌戦まで続き、気持ちの入ったとてもいい試合でした。この調子で行こう！（できれば早く声変わりしてほしい母より）
